b. Reservations should be made in advance whenever possible to ensure availability.

c. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation.

3. Fare and Payment

a. Fare rates are determined by the Company and are subject to change without prior notice.

b. Customers are responsible for the payment of the fare, including any additional charges (e.g., tolls, parking fees).

c. Payment can be made in cash or through approved electronic payment methods.

d. Failure to pay may result in legal action and the suspension of future services.

4. Cancellation and No-Show

a. Customers can cancel reservations within a reasonable time frame without incurring any charges.

b. No-shows (failure to meet the driver at the specified location and time) may be subject to a cancellation fee.

c. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to customers with a history of repeated cancellations or no-shows.

5. Conduct and Behavior

a. Customers are expected to treat the driver and the vehicle with respect.

b. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the ride and reporting to authorities.

c. Smoking, consuming alcohol or illegal substances, and carrying dangerous or prohibited items in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

a. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the ride.

b. The Company is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).

c. The Company’s liability is limited to the fare paid for the taxi service.

7. Privacy

a. Customer information and data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

b. Customer consent is required for the collection and use of personal information.

8. Modifications

a. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.

9. Governing Law

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand.
