Booking Confirmation and Payment Policy

Token Money (Non-Refundable):

  • Rs.500/- if the booking amount is up to Rs.10,000/-.
  • 5% of the booking amount , if the booking amount exceeds Rs.10,000/-.

Payment Schedule:

  1. 20% of the booking amount (including token money) 7 days prior to the booking start date.
  2. Remaining of the booking amount (either in cash or online payment) during the trip day wise.
  3. Final payment should be given one day before complition of the booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Short-Term Booking (Dropping and Round Trip)

    Cancellation Policy:

    1. Cancellation by Customer:

      • Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: Full refund, excluding the non-refundable token money.
      • Between 24 to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: 10% refund of the total booking amount, excluding the non-refundable token money.
      • Less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time: No refund.
    2. Cancellation by Batoi Travels:

      • In case Batoi Travels needs to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the customer, including the token money, and a discount coupon for a future booking will be offered as compensation.

    Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

      Long-Term Booking (Long Day/Char Dham Yatra)

      Cancellation Policy:

      1. Cancellation by Customer:

        • Up to 15 days before the scheduled start date: Full refund, excluding the non-refundable token money.
        • Between 14 to 7 days before the scheduled start date: 10% refund of the total booking amount, excluding the non-refundable token money.
        • Less than 7 days before the scheduled start date: No refund.
      2. Cancellation by Batoi Travels:

        • In case Batoi Travels needs to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the customer, including the token money, and a discount coupon for a future booking will be offered as compensation.

      General Terms

      • Changes to Booking: Any changes to the booking (such as date or time adjustments) will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
      • No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
      • Force Majeure: In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), Batoi Travels reserves the right to offer rescheduling options instead of a refund.
